Down 30lbs, but no one notices!

I'm kinda ashamed to even be posting this, but I have no one else to tell. Started on sema through a telehealth place at the end of October. Now at .8mg and I've dropped about 30 pounds. It's weird, I don't think anyone has actually noticed except maybe me in the mirror. How much more do I have to lose before it's obvious? I know I'm doing this for myself, but a little praise would be nice, haha.

Hey, don't get bummed out if people aren't saying anything! A lot of folks think it's rude to comment on weight, even if it's positive. Doesn't mean they haven't seen the change. You're doing awesome! Keep it up!

It took about four months and a loss of 20 pounds before anyone said anything about my weight loss journey, but now at 8 months and about 40 pounds down, I'm getting comments left and right.

Think of it like a roll of paper towels. Taking off a few sheets when it's full isn't noticeable, but taking off the same amount when the roll is almost empty makes a huge difference.

I take progress pics every 10 pounds or so. At 10 and 20 pounds, I couldn't see much difference, but at 30 and 40 it's super obvious. Only 20 pounds more till my goal, then I'll be a whole new me.

I am shocked that no one has said anything yet; they probably don't want to say something prematurely! I can see a big difference. Your midsection, your profile, and even your face look much slimmer! Keep up the great work! People might not want to comment too soon (they may feel uncomfortable, the weight loss may not be intentional, etc.)

I'm at about 45% of my goal, and I'm feeling fantastic. It's so much more than just the weight loss, it's a total mental and physical transformation.

I agree with

. Also, sometimes people are just...not that observant, LOL. But seriously, great job!
