Down 35 lbs in 3 Months - Sharing My Journey!

Hong Kong Yanpep International
Your loss story hits home. I'm proud of you even as a random person reading this. You're where I want to be in a few months. Down 95 lbs myself now - any thoughts on how you'll handle the maintenance phase?

The ups and downs are part of it. Just keep moving forward. Don't beat yourself up if you slip - get back in and keep going. 47, lost from 135kg down to 85kg, and holding steady for half a year now.

Hit a 6-month sobriety milestone today! App says that's over 3000 bucks saved and 183k calories dodged, probably 58 lbs I didn't gain. Huge win!

I'm at 5 right now and down 20 lbs. taking it for blood sugar mostly, not just weight. tried 7.5 before and felt sick constantly. then got covid and the flu on top of that - rough. managing way better on 5. heard there's a plateau around 7.5. wondering if anyone's stayed at 5 and still seen good progress?

15 months and 48 pounds and reflecting on the normal things that changed along the way - that's the real measure of it. The weight number gets a lot of the attention but the day-to-day stuff accumulating over a year is what makes it stick. That perspective tends to come after you've actually lived it for a while.

The stop from October to January and then 15+ in the first three months of the year is such a good reminder that a multi-month stall doesn't mean the end of progress. The slow and consistent loss followed by a plateau and then resuming is a more common pattern than people realize when they're stuck in the flat stretch.
