Started back in January (about 7 months after giving birth) at 180, and now in July I'm hovering around 145! I try to get some cardio in and watch what I eat, but overall, I'm really happy with my progress!

Thanks for posting to this forum! Just a quick reminder about the rules. We don't allow discussion of non-approved versions of semaglutide or any buying/selling of meds. Don't respond to anyone offering these things via PM. They're not endorsed here.

Awesome job! I'm almost exactly where you are! Started in February around 195, and now I'm at 145. I'm only 5'3"! I'm feeling so much better about things. 🤩

Congrats! You've done an incredible job and look fantastic! Can you share your height and your dosage schedule and increases? I'm only on week 2, 5'3", started at 185, and want to get to around 145. I hope I can see results as quickly as you!

How did your dosage go? I started at .25, and I didn't notice anything. I'm just starting .50 now and waiting to see if that does anything.

I just saw someone else post about losing 60lbs in 6 months! It's so inspiring to see these transformations. They went from a size 2XL to L and size 22 to size 14. Incredible!

Seriously?! That's queen-level motivation right there!

For all the success stories: are you also incorporating exercise? Or is it purely the medication?

I saw someone else was almost ready to start maintenance after dropping close to 70 pounds! That's amazing! Never give up, even when the scale doesn't move – that's the key thing I've been reading.

It's so true. Plateaus are frustrating, but you've gotta push through!
