Down 35lbs in 4 months!

Starting weight was 260, now I'm at 225, and hoping to get to 180! It feels surreal... four months using Mounjaro, and I haven't had to increase above 5mg and I've dropped about 35 pounds. It's sometimes hard to see the changes when I look at myself in the mirror but here's a before/after. Feeling fantastic!
