I didn't take before pics either. I just go by how I feel and if my clothes fit better. I didn't want to obsess over the scale.

Did you also change your diet and exercise? Your results are incredible; I'm a little jealous because my weight loss has been slow, lol!

I dropped around 30lbs in 3 months, got really constipated, and quit the injections. Gained back about 50 in the next 5 months. You have to change your lifestyle or you'll need to stay on the shot forever. Good luck to those who can afford to keep using it successfully. I wish it had worked out for me better.

Congrats!!!!! That's what I'm aiming for 😩

What's your height? I want to get down to your weight and wondering how it would look on me.

I'm finding old clothes in the attic, too! I found a mountain biking shirt from like, 25 years ago and it fits! It's wild.

For those who are researching options, there's data suggesting that tirzepatide may be more effective at lowering A1c and promoting weight loss compared to semaglutide, though it might come with a slightly increased risk of GI side effects, particularly at higher doses. Something to discuss with your doctor.

I've been trying to walk more, but honestly the biggest change is portion sizes. I get full so fast now!
