Down 40 lbs - Almost There!

Hong Kong Yanpep International
Size 14 to 8 at 5'8 with 8 lbs remaining is where the size change has already outpaced the scale reading. The last stretch is the hardest because the caloric margin to move the needle at lower body fat is smaller and the rate naturally slows. The composition gain at this point is already significant independent of the final number.

Nearly identical height and starting point here too. Currently at a lower number but still in the same clothing size, just fitting noticeably better. Kind of assumed a smaller size would've happened at this point, honestly.

Started out needing double-extra-large clothing. By the time I hit target weight I'd landed comfortably in a size 10 or medium.... Weight's held steady since then, but lately even those 10s run a bit loose at times, turns out I'm now fitting reasonably well into most 8s too, so even a year-plus into maintenance, holding the exact same weight, my body's apparently still recalibrating...

Really wrestling with this. Reached my clothing target (a size that felt comfortable, didn't want to be stuck at the top end in regular stores) but I'm still just barely under 200lbs. Feels like the loose skin will always make me look heavier than I am, even though I've built decent muscle. Trying to shift focus away from the scale toward body fat percentage instead.
