Thanks everyone for the encouraging feedback! To answer some questions, yes, I've also been doing more walking and trying to eat fewer processed foods. Small changes can make a big difference!
 
Looking great! I started sema to help with my high blood pressure. Did any of you have improvements in those areas after losing weight?
