Down 40+ on Sema! My Story

Hong Kong Yanpep International
stopping and finding out how bad the food noise actually was by comparison is the clearest argument for staying on it long term. people who've done a coverage gap describe it the same way - the absence makes the baseline visible. the OP at 222 to 180 and thinking about 165 is in the window where the long-term use question becomes relevant. what does the plan look like for maintenance?

Spent a month at .25, another at .5, and now I'm into my second month at 1mg. Gone from 79kgs to 71kgs, over 10% of my starting weight. Had no idea being an unusually strong responder was even a thing.

Dealing with upper stomach discomfort, occasional gas, sometimes back pain, and waves of nausea coming and going.

Found that skipping meals actually makes the discomfort worse, while eating what's recommended (protein, water, healthy fats) noticeably eases it. My theory is an empty stomach ends up cramping, which drives a lot of that pain you're describing.

Maybe try having a protein bar or shake close to your workout times? Keeps your stomach from going that long with nothing in it. Just a thought.

Rough bloodwork, prediabetic with fatty liver showing up too. Been dealing with obesity for years and no diet's ever stuck since the food noise and cravings are just overwhelming. On top of that, dealing with a severe case of nighttime breathing interruptions, a hormonal imbalance, and acid reflux. Ten months postpartum now and started the second compound three weeks ago, really hoping to see real change soon. Down 5lbs but haven't noticed much else so far. Counting down until I can move up to a stronger amount.

Only at 2.5 a week myself and honestly finding food I actually want is a struggle. You mentioned focusing on protein and three solid meals with fiber worked for you, mind sharing a few examples of what that actually looks like on your plate? And yeah, dealing with some tiredness too, though it does seem to be easing up bit by bit. Thanks.
