Figured I'd share my progress. Been snapping pics in the same outfit every few weeks (yeah, I work from home, so what?). The before pic is from early March, the after is from late June. Forty pounds gone! I'm still not at my goal, but I'm super happy so far.

That's awesome, 40lbs in 4 months! Congrats! I've managed to drop about 35lbs in half a year and I'm thrilled. How's your energy? I've been feeling kinda drained, and workouts feel like a real challenge.

I've only lost like, 8lbs since starting semaglutide (maybe 15 total since last year)...and I already feel a difference. Can't even imagine what 40lbs feels like!

It's great to see all these success stories! Remember that everyone responds differently to these medications and it's important to work with your doctor to find the right dosage and lifestyle adjustments. Gradual, sustainable weight loss is the goal!

I'm an older lady, 65 and have been losing for 5 months. I'm worried about excess skin though. Anyone else experience this? I am hoping the rolls will disappear when I attain my goal weight!

That is definitely something to discuss with your doctor. Some people find that building muscle helps, but surgery is sometimes the best option for excess skin.

For those of you that have lost a good amount of weight, how do you stay on the medication once you reach your goal?! Don’t you have to be of a certain BMI? I am nervous because everyone says you have to stay on this for life!
