Started at 246, now at 200, aiming for 180!

So happy to say I've dropped 46 pounds since last fall with a mix of regular workouts, controlling my calories, and using Ozempic!

I've got way more energy, my body is getting stronger, and my recent blood tests came back perfect!

My stats are super close to yours! Was 240, now 202 (and stuck!) Goal is 180 too.

Major congrats, you're killing it! Can you share what you eat in a normal day?

Hey Protein_Happy41 and Groovy_Lady, I'm happy to share, but want to be transparent that everyone responds differently to medication and exercise. What works for me, may not work for you. I'm currently at 1mg of Ozempic. I try to do cardio 3-4 times per week for 45 minutes. I follow a relatively high protein diet, and try to stay within 1400-1600 calories a day.

I agree with Jules_1999 - everyone's body is different. I started on 0.25mg a week ago and have already lost about 1.5lbs, but I'm also tracking everything in my app and staying in a calorie deficit. It could just be water weight, but I'll take it! The key is patience and consistency.

That's great to hear! Just remember that 0.25mg is often just an introductory dose. It's more about introducing your body to the medication. Don't get discouraged if the inital weight loss slows as you increase the dosage.

I'm trying to be patient but it's hard!

Thanks for sharing that info! I'm gonna try to up my cardio and protein intake.
