Down 40lbs and feeling good!

I'm down about 38lbs now. It took almost three quarters of a year and then the pounds really started melting off. I was really worried that something was wrong with me, like a serious illness, but doc says I'm in good shape.
 
Hope your cat is doing well too lol. You look like you've lost weight. I love what you did with the facial hair, looks great!
 
Thanks all for the kind words! I'm feeling good and the blood tests are showing improvements across the board.

That's awesome. It's great to hear you are healthy. I've lost about 60 pounds now and am feeling better than ever. Keep up the good work and keep at it.

Yes, you should! You're inspiring others to stick with this. I've only lost around 15 pounds, so seeing these progress photos keeps me motivated. Thanks!
