Down 40lbs since Feb!

This one's for the tortoise-paced weight-losers! Things are just smaller all over, and my doc is making me hit the gym hard. He said when I dip under 30 BMI he'll hook me up with a consult for a tummy tuck. Hoping insurance will cover it since the loose skin is causing other probs.

Thanks! Yeah, a bit of nausea at first, especially if I ate too fast. But it faded after a few weeks. Just listen to your body and start slow!

That's amazing progress Clean_Journey! It's great your doctor is being proactive. I've seen some patients experience significant improvements in joint pain and mobility as they lose weight. Hope you get that surgery covered!
