Slow but sure is how i'm doing it! Dropped like 4 pounds the last two months but still feeling good about how far I've come.
Ready said:If you're working out, the numbers on the scale might not tell the whole story. Muscle weighs more than fat. Measure your waistline and hips instead; that's a better indicator of true progress.
