This has completely turned my life around. I went from 190 to about 138 lbs and I’ve been maintaining it for months now! I am so happy with my body, the way outfits look on me, how I see myself, and how I can shop for clothes without worrying if they will fit. Sometimes I even fit into size small clothing! It’s incredible. I finally feel good in my own skin. 🩷

That's a good question! I'm curious about that too. I've been on a GLP-1 for about 6 months and the weight loss has stalled a bit. Trying to figure out how to kickstart it again.

Yes, that's essential, in my experience. The medication helps control my appetite, but I still focus on eating healthy, protein-rich foods and try to get in some movement most days. Even just walking helps!

It's important to have realistic expectation, and sustainable habits. The medication is an adjunct, but lifestyle modification is critical to long-term success.

What I found in research: most protocols run daily at 2mg, administered in the evening before bed on a fasting stomach. Timing between cycles stretches anywhere from 10-12 weeks up to half a year. I've got Tesa for just over 9 weeks. Thinking 1mg first for 2 weeks, then bumping to 2mg for the remaining 8. Guidance emphasizes 8 to 10 week rest periods separating cycles, meaning roughly two 10 week runs per year if I go that route. The universal thing: either fast beforehand or wait 90 minutes after your meal.
