Almost at the one-year mark and down 53 pounds! My confidence is through the roof. This medication has really been a game changer for me. If you're just starting this journey, stick with it! Slow progress adds up.

That's fantastic!! You look great!! I just began last week, and my target is to shed 60 pounds! Congratulations on your progress! 💖

A huge congratulations 🎉 on your journey. I wanted to say that you are BEAUTIFUL in both pictures. If you don’t mind sharing which med you are on and at what dosage? Congrats BEAUTIFUL. May God Continue To Bless You And Your Family Always Amen 🙏

You look fantastic! Huge congrats! I appreciate the encouragement to take it slow; it's easy to get discouraged wanting rapid results. I'm three weeks in and down 11 lbs.

I NEED HELP! I have to lose 60-65 lbs, and I'm not sure what to do. I'm pre-diabetic, type 2, currently managed with diet. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks 🙏 everyone

Yessss! I love this for you! You look amazing! I'm excited to finish losing this weight. I'm 5'10", currently around 245lbs. I started at 276lbs, so I have about 80lbs left to lose to get to a normal BMI.

Since you're pre-diabetic, definitely talk to your doctor. They can assess if a GLP-1 med is right for you and manage it properly with your pre-existing condition.

I'm so inspired by these stories! I read about one woman who had 30kg of abdominal fat and got it down to 11kg!! It's amazing what's possible now. Just remember to take progress pics in the same lighting so you don't get discouraged!

Good advice on the lighting! I need to remember that.

It's not just about looks, but health too. I think about family members who didn't have access to these medications and struggled. It's a real opportunity to take control.
