I totally get that feeling! It's like I've finally found myself again. The constant worry about my weight has just... vanished. I want to shout it from the rooftops, but I'm worried about the judgement, too.

Wow, congrats! That's amazing progress 🙂 I started about a month ago at 0.25, and just upped my dose to 0.50 last week. No side effects so far, but my weight hasn't changed either. I do feel less bloated though. I know it's early days, and I need to be patient, but I was hoping to see the scale move already! Did you start losing weight right away? Almost 30kg in 5 months is a huge accomplishment 💪

Huge congrats to you! I know exactly that feeling – more energy, way more confidence, just a different vibe. My Zappy Health provider is always reminding me that it's not just about the numbers on the scale, but about how you feel every day.

I'm using units with HERS, and I'm not sure how to convert units to mgs. Right now, I'm at 40 units. Anyone know the correlation?

Can I ask, what did you eat during the process? Did you increase your dosage?

To answer your question: nothing is off limits, i just eat smaller portions and prioritize protein/vegetables. I am at the highest dose my provider allows.

Hi, does anyone know when semaglutide usually starts to work?

For me, I noticed appetite suppression almost right away, but the scale didn't really budge for a couple of weeks. Hang in there!

I'm down about 25 pounds since I started in November thanks to a calorie deficit, consistent exercise, and the medication! My bloodwork is perfect now, too!

About halfway to my goal weight! Down 32 pounds and feeling amazing. Mounjaro has been a game changer.

That's fantastic! What dosage are you on and how long have you been taking it?
