Here are some before and after shots! Me with my bestie at her wedding in late summer '24, and then again at her baby shower in early summer '23.

Started on sema around mid-'23 at about 170 pounds, and now hover around 117. What a difference! I feel fantastic overall. Been slowly lowering my dosage. I peaked at 1.5 mg each week, and now I'm at 1.15 mg every 8 days. I'm not looking to be on this forever, but for now, I'm okay with it because the side effects aren't too bad.

That matches what I dropped in four months. Thirty-two pounds down, targeting another twenty-two to reach 195. Currently at two milligrams.
