Small frame means weight scales hide your progress. Four inches off the waist with muscle gain is real recomposition wins.

Massive milestone, congrats. Slow titration was what got me past the early stalls — staying at each step a couple weeks before bumping. The before/after pics are wild, you can see it in the cheeks and shoulders first.

Freezer bags in the original holder is the practical standard for anyone without drawer space for a dedicated peptide case. Moisture hasn't been an issue because lyophilized powder is stable when sealed; the reconstituted vials are the ones that need active management.
