That glow up is amazing! Would you mind answering some questions? I want to make sure I'm on the right track. What did you eat mainly? Did salty or heavy foods seem to cause water retention or slow down progress? Did you exercise, and what kind? How much weight did you lose each month, more at the start? And did you slowly increase your dose? Thanks for any advice!

Congrats, that's a huge achievement! I'm down about 60 lbs since last November. Still have roughly 30 to go, but I know I'll get there. Haven't been this weight since I was much younger!

That's fantastic! You're probably adding years to your life. It's really good work, and a true testament to your commitment.

To all the slow losers out there, don't give up! I'm a 35 year old female, 5'4". Started at 190, now at 157, goal is 125. It's taken me almost a year to lose around 30 pounds. I'm averaging maybe half a pound to three-quarters of a pound a week. I lost some at the beginning, and the last couple of months have maybe been 2 lbs a month. I stalled out at 25 pounds for maybe 3 months, but I'm moving again! Stay strong, peeps!
