Fantastic results! How long did it take you to lose the weight?

I'm 5'1" and weighing about 200 currently. My target is 160, and I've been averaging about 7 pounds lost per month.

This is wild, you have the same height, starting weight, current weight, and time on meds as me lol. Have you noticed a resurgence of food cravings or been dealing with fatigue or lack of enjoyment lately?

Haha, I feel the same way. I can't convince myself to buy new clothes yet. The ones I have now are the only ones that didn't feel too tight back then.

Ultimately, it's about your comfort and feelings. For what it's worth, you looked fantastic in the "before" picture too! Keep up the great work!

For those experiencing slower weight loss of around 1 pound a week, remember that it's still progress. Losing about 50 pounds a year is still amazing. Focus on your overall health and nutrition, not just the scale numbers. Gradual weight loss can be more sustainable and can allow the skin to adapt better!
