I really love how my face looks now that I've lost weight with semaglutide, not so puffy anymore! Going off of it for a few weeks and the cravings are coming back BIG time. Any advice to avoid regaining?

I took a break a while back and managed to hold steady. Volume eating was key! I found low-calorie replacements that worked for me. Like, cucumbers with hot sauce were my go-to snack. I'd eat like, a whole cucumber and feel good. Sugar-free jello was also a lifesaver for sweets. Don't fight the cravings, just find healthy ways to satisfy them. Building healthy habits early is super important.

The first month off is the hardest for cravings. It gets easier as your body adjusts. Track your calories and macros with an app. Also, exercise regularly. Great job on the weight loss!

For me, logging what I eat daily is key. Now I know how much I can eat to maintain the loss and not go back to my old weight. I'm planning to stop the medication in a few months.

Wow, congrats on losing so much weight! I'm just starting out. I'm currently on a low dose and not really seeing much difference. What dose did you get to before stopping?
