Down 50+ lbs!

I track everything—vial source, price, COA to calculate mass and concentration, dates, units, dose, half-life, estimated blood levels in Excel. Plot that against weekly weight, resting HR and BP from other apps. Keep a count of total units so I know when to reorder. Mark blood work dates but haven't added results yet. About 500 days in, though I collapsed the early rows. Really helped at first.

found genetics testing on thepeptidelist while researching dosing. wondering if anyone's done it and used results to dial in peptide choices and protocols. cuts the guesswork on efficacy. their cohort program sounds interesting too.

Getting past side effects is legit. But jumping dose fast leaves you in uncharted water. Standard protocol doubles your start every four weeks. You're way ahead of that. Tracking weight? Got baseline bloodwork? What's the actual goal? Give yourself grace and the med time to catch up with your body.

I dose every three days for hunger control. Yeah, the weekly-dosing myth about receptors staying sensitive isn't true. I space mine out to keep blood levels steadier — especially since going higher, the hunger hits harder around day 5 after the shot.

have health anxiety and ozempic's been the best thing for it. overall anxiety dropped as i lost 50 lbs over the past year (could've been more, took a 5 month break). barely any side effects except the jump from 0.5 to 1.0. my tip: start at 0.25 and move up slow. helps a ton with side effects.
