I'm officially 53 pounds lighter, and my waist is down by half a foot! I actually squeezed into a size medium for the first time in ages! I honestly thought I was destined for XL forever.

Congrats! These GLP-1 meds are wild. I've been on one for a little over two months, and I've already lost more weight than after my Gastric Bypass and revision surgeries because it's addressing the hormonal issues that surgery didn't. It's like my skin is sagging in new places – totally mind-blowing. I'll be switching meds soon, so I'm hoping for similar results. You look fantastic x

Amazing! Could you possibly answer a few crucial questions? This could help me avoid any mistakes. What exactly did you eat throughout your journey? Did you find that salty foods caused water retention or slowed down your weight loss? Did you exercise? And if so, what type? How much weight did you lose each month? Did you lose more weight initially? And did you increase your dosage gradually? Thanks so much in advance! Any other advice is greatly appreciated xx

Wow, you're inspiring me, Misty_Mountains_77. I'm thinking of starting this myself. I've struggled with my weight my whole life and I'm curious, what's it like experiencing life in a new body? Do you feel people treat you differently now? And how has your relationship with food and your body evolved?
