Down 50lb! Weight loss update

I used to be pushing 400lb. So embarassing to admit. But thanks to this amazing medication it's going in reverse. My lower back pain has disappeared, I'm sleeping like a baby and my diet has totally changed. I didn't believe people when they said the cravings for junk food just vanished!

It really is the little victories that keep you going. I was on a flight and I didn't need a seatbelt extender for the first time in years! I had a couple of inches to spare. Another win was not spilling over into the next seat!

Feel good bet. BP almost puts you low-BP range depending age. Started 5 weeks back, down 13lbs, tracks right. Not sure brand, Ozempic Wegovy etc? Thought switching to something for faster loss?

I had a major NSV the other day. 50lbs ago, I would've had to max out the seatbelt. It felt great not having to worry about whether I could even buckle the thing, or having the arm rests digging into my sides! Anyone else experience this?

Wow, @Groovy_Great, that's amazing about the seatbelt! I've been keeping a separate journal just for NSVs (Non-Scale Victories) to remind myself of all the progress I'm making, even when the scale isn't moving as fast as I'd like.
