Down 50lbs - Feeling Like Myself!

I can't believe I've officially lost 50 pounds! I started at 188, and now I'm at 138! After all the fertility treatments and two kids, my body just didn't feel like my own anymore. It's amazing to finally feel like myself again!

That's amazing! Did you find it hard to adapt to your new body image? I'm down about 30 and sometimes I still see the old me.

SteadyOnSema It's definitely a trip! I still catch myself buying clothes that are way too big, lol. It takes some time for your brain to catch up!

Val48 It took me about 8 months. Slow and steady!

Great progress! Congrats on reaching your goal! I have found that strength training really helps maintain muscle mass during weight loss on these meds. Did you incorporate any exercise?
