Down 54 lbs! Still a ways to go...

Great job! Can you share more about your journey? I've dropped about 8 pounds in two months, but it came off super fast and now I'm not losing anything. I was on .25 for about two months, then .50 for a couple of weeks. Just got my 1mg dose. Feeling kinda stuck.

It's common to experience plateaus. Ensure you're tracking calories and macros accurately. Increase your water intake and consider speaking with your doctor about the dosage. Sometimes, a small adjustment can make a big difference.

I can relate to this journey. I started at almost 300 lbs with high blood pressure, cholesterol, and borderline diabetes. When tying my shoes left me winded, I knew I needed a change. It's about more than just the weight; it's about overall health. Keep pushing!

That's incredible! It's amazing how a single moment can be a turning point. I'm so glad you're taking care of your health. Good for you!
