I did it! Reached a weight goal I set for myself! After what feels like forever of trying different diets, dealing with tough workouts, and even some meds, I've finally managed to drop over half my starting weight. Time to treat myself! 🎉🎉 Then, onward to the next challenge! 😂💕✨

Congrats! Out of curiosity, what's the most amount of time you were stuck at the same weight? Asking for a friend. 😐😖

Absolutely amazing! Congrats! I'm a bit worried about excess skin, especially around my stomach. It's already a concern. Did you have that issue?

I'm so excited! I've been looking at new workout routines and meal plans. I'm thinking of incorporating more strength training this time around. Any suggestions?

That's amazing, Wes_19! You're inspiring me too! I've been on a similar path, using semaglutide, and it's incredible to see what's possible. I've dropped about 40 pounds since February and finally hit a 'normal' BMI too!

Congrats on your success with sema! Just a heads up, though: BMI has some limitations. It might be helpful to monitor your body fat percentage as well for a better picture of your health.

Wow, PCOS_Warrioress, 40lbs is amazing! I started my journey about 70 weeks ago at 315lbs and now I'm around 135! My measurements went from 44-46-56 to 29-28-38! It's a journey, that's for sure.
