Hi everyone! Here’s my weight loss story:
Okay, the pic on the left? That’s from like, two years ago. It's just the pic of me I hate the most
I actually weighed a smidge less *then* than when I started my GLP-1 journey.
I was never really a big person. I was always into sports, played volleyball in high school, even did some bodybuilding and personal training. Even joined the military!
After my first kiddo, I just. Could. Not. Lose the baby weight. Tried everything! Keto worked for a bit, but it wasn’t something I could stick with. Then I tried sema, and I went from like, 210 (that awful pic!) to around 175. Doc said I might be insulin resistant, so maybe that's why the meds worked so well?
Then BAM! Pregnant again with baby #2. That’s when I found tirz.
I started at 220lbs. For the first three months, nothing really happened. And then the weight started to melt off. I try to work out a few times a week and I drink a lot of water. Now, eight months down the road, I’m only about 20 lbs from my goal weight! I feel amazing, healthy, and I don’t cringe when someone takes a picture of me. I’m finally getting my life back!
