Down 60 lbs! 🥳

Hong Kong Yanpep International
Lost at roughly your same pace and totally relate to the mirror not matching expectations. I've adjusted my target number more than once along the way as different milestones hit. What genuinely helped was ditching the search for a perfect number and instead tuning into how my body actually feels. Not in a 'wow my stomach looks different' sense, more like physically noticing, hey, I climbed those stairs without gasping for breath!

Sitting about three pounds from my current target, but noticing frequent dizziness whenever I stand up lately. Energy had been climbing steadily but's dipped a bit recently. Considering just stopping here and shifting focus toward staying active and eating well instead. Try stepping away from judging by reflection and doing more internal check-ins, I think you'll naturally sense whether pushing further, holding steady, or pivoting toward the fitness side makes sense. You're crushing it! Take pride in what's already been done and figure out what's next. Only getting better from here!

Jamie2003 We're in the same spot! Sema has taken 29 lbs off me (46 below my peak from November 2024) and NOBODY who knew me at my biggest has mentioned it. A stranger I met midway guessed my weight within 2 lbs, and I was glad I at least looked the part. My husband says I'm lovely at every size, which is sweet, though a 'wow, you're tiny!' would be welcome too. Still, it's for me. Being heavy stopped feeling good, I dropped some alone, stalled, and sema gave me a push. Recognition will probably arrive nearer my goal, 16-30 lbs off, and my mood at the first target decides how far I go.
