Down 60+ lbs - slow and steady wins!

Hong Kong Yanpep International
Kicked things off on April 24th and the scale shows exactly 20lbs gone since then, checked this past Sunday.

Taking it slow really is the smarter route, better odds for keeping it off long term and better for overall health.

Originally figured I needed to drop somewhere around 50-60 pounds. Once I did, still felt heavy. So I switched to setting goals in five-pound chunks instead. Starting from 200, next target became 194.5. Ended up shedding another 40 pounds that way.

Five pounds feels way more doable than two hundred. Small wins add up.

These days I don't even track a specific number anymore. Just chasing a physique goal now, and that'll probably take a couple more years.
