It wasn't always easy, but I made small changes over time and they added up. I started wanting to lose weight but I ended up improving how I think and feel too. It's not over, but it shows that little things can make a difference if you keep going. Just wanted to share as a reminder that you can change things if you don't give up.

I've lost about 45 lbs since last year and it's seriously changed my life! I can actually go into regular stores and buy clothes that fit now - it's amazing! So happy for you!!

It's so much more than just the weight loss, isn't it? I've noticed improvements in my energy levels and overall well-being since losing weight. I'm glad things are going well for you @BoldCake!

That's amazing change! How long did that take?

Left side June 24 at 245. Middle December 24 at 230. Right side December 25 at 215. Obviously slow track but movement is movement. Year one Wegovy, then insurance pushed me to Zepbound last summer so plateau shifted. Aiming sub-200 by year close.

62 lbs slow burn over 17 months is genuine progress. Steady like that usually means you're keeping it real and not crash-cycling.

Dude, 40 down in 6 weeks is nuts! Keep pushing. Just remember once you weigh less the pace slows naturally. Track percentages for motivation, that's the move.

Taking my 9th shot this weekend. Changed diet, exercise moderately, pretty busy person. Only lost 10-15 lbs, feeling discouraged. Anyone with slower loss see good results eventually?

What a journey, 40 lbs in 11 months is genuinely impressive. You're right that slow and steady approach just works better in the long run. Takes real discipline to stick with that pace when you could probably push harder, but the sustainability is what counts. You should feel great about where you are.
