Down 60 pounds!

Started a diet change last November. Started sema around November of this year and have dropped about 27 pounds since. Before pic was around 258, now I'm about 198.

I'm also seeing great results. I started around October 2023 when diagnosed with type 2. Metformin moved me from 310 to 290. Ozempic got me another 50 pounds down. A1C is now 5.9!

27 lbs on sema to get to the 198 crossing is a clean result - the diet change foundation means the loss on medication isn't all water weight from the initial appetite drop.
