Down 60, still goin'!

I'm almost there! Took about a year to shed 60 pounds. Only 40 more to reach my ultimate goal. I initially lost around 30 pounds on my own last year and have since lost another 30 in 3 months using Wegovy. I've worked hard to rethink my relationship with food, drink *so* much water, and learn that progress is a journey. Also, shout out to my therapist LOL

You look wonderful! You don't have to lose any more weight. Continue doing what you're doing. Healthy eating and exercise. Congrats!

That's so inspiring RetaReadyy! I just started my meds last week but I'm hoping to lose 15-20kg this year. I'm currently at 86kg and also managing type 2 diabetes, so fingers crossed this helps lower my blood sugar as well as my weight.

Good luck! I hope it works out great for you! I've heard amazing things.

I started sema back in September. Started at 113kg (249lbs). Been following the doctor's dose and now I'm at 103kg (227lbs). That's 10kg (22lbs) GONE. Sure, it's not as fast as some people experience, but my skin's happy! My old jeans almost fit, which is a HUGE win!

Don't forget hydration and electrolytes. When your appetite is low, you might eat and drink less than usual. Dizziness, fatigue, and constipation in the first month can be related to dehydration, not just the medication itself.
