Down 60lbs! Can you see it?

what were the biggest changes you noticed beyond the scale?

Energy for sure - I actually WANT to work out now, which is wild, because before even walking to the car felt like a chore!

All those disposable pens are tough to see. I'm making my own waste pile with the same ones, ha. Great progress on your end. Can't wait to reach those numbers myself. Hope they bring the Kwikpen to the States soon.

Sounds like something else besides mounjaro. Blood pressure okay? Any stroke history? Might want a neurologist to check. Could be MS. Hope doctors figure this out and get support. Best wishes.

260 to 201 in one run, with the face being the first place it shows. Almost at goal and you can see it - that's the whole point.

The writing communicates as much as the photos. Posts about significant loss where the person has processed what it actually took have a different quality than numbers alone. At that magnitude, the physical change is the visible layer - what comes through underneath it is the part that tends to stay with people who read it.

Pre-period water retention of 5-6 lbs is completely normal and has nothing to do with actual fat gain. The scale reading next week will look different. The pattern is cyclical and predictable once you know what to watch for.

260 to 201 is the stretch where the face change is usually the first thing people notice - almost at goal is the right place to be.

260 to 201 and the face change is usually the most visible shift at that range. The cycle-linked window is real - follicular phase tends to be the productive week for most.

260 to 201.5 is getting close to the goal line. The face change at that scale loss is usually the first thing other people notice. On the knee side - 60 lbs off is a meaningful reduction in joint load; that alone can slow the arthritis progression curve significantly.

The face is usually the last place people register their own change - mirror habituation means you're updating your mental image in real time while everyone else is comparing you to a snapshot from months ago. The jump from 260 to 201 is visible in photos even when you can't see it yourself yet.
