Down 64lbs in one year!

Hong Kong Yanpep International
Ha! First spot I noticed weight coming off was my face, right in those opening weeks of shots. After that it was basically a race between my chest and backside to see which could shrink fastest! Ten months in, chest won the sprint, dropping two cup sizes within about a month, while my backside looks like it's going to take the marathon instead. Still gradually shrinking there, chest's leveled off. Total loss so far sits at 62 lbs.

Now if only my midsection would get the hint! Honestly resemble a potato propped up on toothpick limbs these days. Nothing fits properly, pant legs hang way too loose while the waist stays snug. Still have another 40 lbs ahead of me though, so fingers crossed most of that comes from the belly.

Appreciate this reply! Know results vary a lot person to person, especially with things like loose skin in the mix.

Seen a lot of people mention their bodies naturally settled at a goal weight close to wherever they were before the weight gain started, but there's never really been a baseline here since extra weight's been around a long time.

Planning to stop somewhere in a target range, allowing a little rebound afterward, and the ideal weight for this height should land somewhere close to that anyway. Will also just see how things look at that point, hoping there's a real chance to reach it. Some people apparently stop losing before getting there though. Hmm.
