Start weight: 188. Current weight: 122. Goal weight: 115ish. Height: 4'11". Check out this pic of me in a kilt (it's almost too big now). Had it sized in March and it’s already swimming on me. Hoping to drop another 5-10 lbs and then I'll get my kilts tailored. Started last June, so it's been about a year. The best part: I have so much more energy. Less aching, don’t need afternoon naps, and I can keep up with my kids and students much easier.

It's so frustrating when it doesn't work for everyone! I've been on this for a while, and nothing. How long did it take you to get to the point where you were actually losing?

What dose were you taking? You look absolutely fabulous. Congrats! I'm on 1mg of Ozempic and not seeing any change.
I actually titrated up pretty slowly. I think I stalled a bit at 1mg too, but I pushed through and it started working again once I got to 2mg. Everyone’s different though!

To those asking about time frame – it took me a good 3-4 months to really see consistent loss. There were weeks where nothing happened, but I stuck with it and adjusted my dose based on my doctor's advice. Don’t give up!
