Down 65, halfway there!

Wow, amazing results! I guess I'm the only one not seeing the same. I'm feeling down about it. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. Honestly, it's not quieting my thoughts like tirzepitide did.

Don't be discouraged! Sometimes the weight comes off slower for some of us. I'm only losing about a pound a week, but it's still progress. Just focus on how you feel and your nutrition!
 
That's great progress! Weight loss like that requires consistency. Don't forget to stay hydrated and keep up with your electrolytes, especially since you're probably eating less.
