Down 65lbs! Waist size shrinking...

As someone who works in healthcare, I gotta say, losing 11 inches off your waist is seriously amazing! You should be so proud of all the effort you've put in!
 
First, congrats! Second, I'm a bit jealous, lol. I wish my weight distributed like that when I was in the 180s. When I was around 187, my stomach didn't look nearly that good. I've always struggled with rolls and an apron belly, even back in high school when I was around 160lbs and played sports. I'm hoping to eventually get down to 130-150 and get rid of that. I wish the medication worked that fast for me and at a lower dose; I've had to increase my dosage every few months.
 
Yay! Mine went from 44 to 32 inches in my waist, so a 12 inch difference so far, and my stomach went from 52 to 35, so down 17 inches!
 
You look fantastic! I'm 5'1" and turning 70 soon. I've always exercised but I've always had some loose skin. I started in July for my A1c. I went from 149 pounds to 128, which is a huge achievement, and my A1c dropped from 8.5 to 5.5 by October. I'm thrilled with my weight loss since I didn't expect it. However, I'm bothered by the extra loose skin, especially on my triceps. I'm not sure how to fix it, but when I look in the mirror, I don't see weight loss or my improved health. I just see something I didn't really notice before. I saw that I was heavier before, but now I see that I'm lighter and... well, different.
 
Hey @Ratched77, I totally get what you mean about the loose skin. It's like you've achieved something amazing, but there's this new thing to focus on. Have you looked into any exercises or lotions that might help? I've heard collagen supplements can make a difference, but I haven't tried them myself.
 
Started January first. Starting 250 pounds UK 24. Current 152 UK 8/10. Lost 21 inches waist. Lots of protein and fiber and water. Lifting, Pilates, Peloton. 48 and smallest since I was 18. Feel amazing. Not always linear. Cold more now, sitting's uncomfortable, lost more butt than wanted. Mind takes longer to catch up. Order clothes and never think they'll fit.
 
Space out however want. Less best. Listen body. Top 10 percent responders! Target time. Protein intake gym too. Scale sure, waist clothes fit, body fat loss measure. Those scales nice weight body. Gym work protein muscle gain. Weighs more fat good weight. Body fat down weight same up muscle likely. Could water full. Good luck!
