Down 65lbs! Waist size shrinking...

really wanted to like Mots C. was blasting 10mg at a time and got nothing out of it. only peptide that did nothing for me. jealous of people it works for honestly.
 
Week five at 0.5 and so far decent. Down 3lbs for the month, no GI stuff yet. Food tastes different—stuff I used to eat is too sweet now. Can't do more than one drink either. On Trulicity last year I lost 30lb and my A1C went from 10 to 5.6 but the constipation was constant. Time will tell.
 
just watched a dr kevin video on youtube about weight loss maintenance. solid advice based on his client experience. worth the watch if you're thinking about the long game.
 
Not sure where the idea came from that I dropped 18 lbs over four months. Three months into mounjaro here, and the actual total is 13 lbs lost so far. Standing 5'4. The bulk of that, around 8 lbs, came off in month one at the starting dose, which tracks since that's typically mostly water weight clearing out.
