Started at 233, now at 165! Nine months down, only ten more pounds until I achieve my ideal weight!

Inspired by Hank64's amazing progress! I've been lifting weights, and it's been a total game-changer. Feeling so much stronger, and seeing great results.

I don't do anything too crazy. Mostly walking and some light bodyweight exercises. The magic is really the medication, to be honest!
 
While the meds absolutely help, remember that rapid weight loss, like some people are reporting, can have risks. Be sure you're eating enough and checking in with your doctor if things seem extreme. Losing weight too fast can lead to muscle loss and other problems.
 
Yeah, Checkup makes a great point. I've been prioritizing protein to try to minimize muscle loss while losing weight. It's a tricky balance!
