Down 70+ lbs! Clothes are too big!

I've gone from a size 16 (222 lbs) to a size 6 (about 145 lbs) since June! My biggest advice? Don't get ahead of yourself buying new clothes. I bought a few things a size too small for 'motivation' and they fit for like a week before they were falling off! Thank goodness for return policies and Goodwill!

You look fantastic! I've been donating my clothes to a local thrift store as I shrink. Now I have another pile ready to go!

That's amazing! Our stats are almost identical. Started around 220 in June, now I'm about 145 and went from a size 16 to a size 6. I bought 2 pairs of size 10 jeans in December, and they are already too big! I love getting clothes at the thrift store. You look great! 🩷

Wow, congrats! It's taken me over two years to lose that much. What are people doing to lose weight so fast? I am calorie counting and exercising...

Thank you for sharing. I haven't started yet, and at 82 years old, I'm skeptical that I can lose 90+ pounds. Your progress is encouraging.
Don't give up before you start! It works!

Seeing posts like these are very motivating. I've been on Mounjaro for about 6 months. Started at 183, and now I'm around 121. My doctor wants me to lose a little more as a buffer. The support here has been critical.

That's awesome! But I question your doctor's advice to lose more. You're at the low end of a healthy BMI already. Be careful!

I'm also finding success with semaglutide. Since July of last year, I've lost about 50 pounds and feel incredible. It's really been life-changing!
That's so inspiring! This med is truly a game changer.
