I had to purchase some new jeans this week. I was wearing a size 20/2x, but now I'm fitting into a size 14! I haven't been this size since college! These meds are really something!

Wonderful job! I've managed to shed just over 50 lbs this year. Mounjaro has been a game changer!

Losing seventy pounds before the new year is a fantastic achievement showing consistency and dedication. Stories like yours give real motivation to people who are still working towards their goals. Have you thought about posting this in a before/after GLP-1 subreddit? It would definitely help others.

I'm in the same boat! I began the year around 240 lbs and now I am around 180 lbs. That's about 60lbs gone. I was an 18/2XL too, now I'm a size 10/12 and a medium. It's so strange, I still reach for the bigger sizes! What's your ultimate weight goal? I want to get to 140 lbs, a nice, even 100 lb loss. I'm only 5'4". Any suggestions or tips that have been helpful to you?

Maintaining a consistent exercise routine has helped me a lot. I try to get to the gym 3-4 times a week. Also diet is very important. Focus on quality whole foods.

That's a fantastic accomplishment!

I agree completely. I was diagnosed with T2D in early 2024.

SW: 240
CW: 150
A1C: 10.5 to 5.5
Size: 18/2X to 6/Medium. I will see the doctor next month to discuss maintenance. So exciting!
