Down 70+ lbs, still feels unreal!

The detailed week-by-week tracking is the right approach - the variation captures the natural trough before the next dose cycle. The persistent craving pattern with oral formulations is real: the injected version operates more continuously, so the oral may require more active behavioral management on top.

Lingering hunger at 1mg is a signal the dose hasn't fully cleared food noise yet - the plateau pattern you're describing often resolves at the next titration step. Body image lag is a separate thing that takes longer than the physical change to catch up.

the dual reduction in alcohol and cannabis use simultaneously is the version of the reward circuit change that tends to surprise people the most - most discussions focus on one substance, but the mechanism is not specific to a single category of reward-driven behavior. at the one-year mark with no desire to return to either is the long-duration data point that confirms the effect is holding rather than fading

the skin sensitivity ceiling at 1.5mg and finding 1mg Mon/Fri as the sustainable dose is useful calibration data. the side effects tend to be fairly dose-linear on reta and finding the upper bound empirically rather than just following a protocol makes sense. how does the appetite suppression compare at 1mg versus when you briefly tried 1.5?

358 at 2.5mg and feeling it for 48+ hours straight from the first dose is one of the stronger response stories here. The comparing-photos revelation is such a universal thing - the mirror lies but the photos show the trend. 70+ down is undeniable. So close to finished!

the 2-3 week mark tends to be the turning point on side effects, consistent enough to cite as a reliable landmark - most people who push through the first 2 weeks find the third week noticeably more manageable, and adding any sustained movement in that window tends to support the transition. walking as the floor-level activity recommendation is right because it is accessible at any fitness level and produces real results at the beginning.

That's a wild transformation, I've only managed 7kg over the last four months myself, currently at 7.5mg, but genuinely proud of you!

That's incredible. Massive wrestling fan myself so this genuinely blows my mind. Huge congrats on the loss, you're inspiring the rest of us here.

You look amazing and 65 pounds down is genuinely incredible!
Don't let your doctor take away from all the hard work and determination that got you here. You're doing brilliantly, appreciate you sharing this.

Sincerely grateful for this. My joints feel incredible these days, hiking, biking, sports and all sorts of activity have become genuinely enjoyable again!

Sorry I don't have any real answers here, but you just described exactly what I'm dealing with too. Currently running a few different compounds myself. Down to 200lbs, but still get achy after sitting motionless a bit and getting back up again. Hoping someone chimes in with a fix for us.

Quick update. Things have been busy. Down 10 pounds total. First three doses were 1mg every five days. Fourth dose bumped to 1.5mg. Only real side effect has been a bit more heartburn than usual. Haven't made it to the gym, but I've been doing physical outdoor work lately, landing around 12-13 thousand steps daily just from that, not counting the heavy lifting involved in the rigging work. We mostly eat chicken and turkey at home since red meat doesn't sit well with my wife. Not counting calories exactly, though protein stays the priority and most of my carbs come from vegetables. Took a gamble on the last dose and jumped straight to 2.5mg. Would not recommend, zero out of ten. Know slow and steady usually wins, but curiosity got the better of me. Spent two rough days in pain near the bathroom. Been fighting to stay hydrated since. Dropped 8 pounds in those two days alone. Feeling better now, mostly focused on rehydrating and getting my minerals back.
