It took me approximately 9 months to drop the weight. It was definitely a journey with ups and downs.

Unfortunately I struggle with body dysmorphia and still feel like I look the same most days. Progress pictures help a ton!

I totally get this. I have to remind myself that the scale doesn't lie and my clothes DO fit differently, even if my brain hasn't caught up yet.
