Hey everyone, thanks for being a part of this community! Just a quick reminder: let's keep the discussion focused on approved medications and avoid any talk about buying or selling anything. Also, if you're new here, check out the .

Wow, look at that defined shape! I can't wait to have a waist again, lol. Congratulations! You look incredible! Would you mind sharing what dosage you're on and for how long?

Losing seventy pounds over ten months is really impressive. The change in your pictures is clear, and you seem much more confident. Posts like these really show what consistent effort can achieve. Would you mind if I shared this on the community? It's a community where people share their GLP1 progress photos, and long-term transformations like yours are always inspiring. You could also post it there yourself if you'd prefer.

You look fantastic! Do you plan to stick with 1.7 or increase further? I'm also on 1.7 and wondering if I should just stay put.

Thanks for sharing this, OP. It's encouraging to see someone with my body type make progress. (*assuming you have a similar body type, my bad if not*). Most of the before/afters are apple-shaped people who need to lose weight around the middle. I'm built like you, so your progress gives me hope.

I'm down about 55 pounds since January 2024 and my knees feel so much better! I also do strength training a few times a week. Still got some fat to lose, though.

That's fantastic to hear about your knee pain improving. Weight loss can make a significant difference!

I agree with Dosexo. It's incredibly valuable to see transformations from individuals with diverse body types. These examples serve as a potent source of motivation for others who may share similar physiques and weight distribution patterns. Keep up the outstanding progress!

even people using consistent product hit plateaus where nothing seems to move. around here that's usually when someone bumps the dose, switches products, or starts stacking.
