Down 70lb in 10 months!

Alright, fair enough, you all are clearly putting in the research effort here.

There are a handful of US-based doctors putting out video content that lays out clearly what to do and avoid on reta. Can't link directly, but there's content out there from a chiropractor and a separate podcast run by another physician, worth searching around for if you want specifics.

Never stops surprising me, the number of folks who dive straight in without any prep work first!

There's also plenty of information out there about what to eat and avoid. Not talking about junk food here either, certain foods will genuinely cause stomach trouble given how reta works in the body.

I eat small portions roughly every two and a half hours, somewhere around 1700-1900 calories, 140 grams of protein, and 30 grams of fiber daily.
Hit the gym every single day.
Walk after both lunch and dinner, that part's non-negotiable.
Drink a huge amount of water, peeing constantly as a result, ha.
My profile photo is from two years back, I've bulked up considerably since then.
Goal now is getting shredded and I'm well on my way. Lost 15 pounds of fat and the muscle definition showing through is honestly amazing.
