Down 70lbs, Feeling Great!

I'm celebrating a milestone! I've shed about 70 pounds. I did have a few cosmetic enhancements done after my initial photo, including a touch of Botox, a bit of lip plumping, and some under-eye filler.

Thank you for the kind words! It's been quite the journey. This medication is a useful tool if used correctly. I've been combining the injections with a healthy diet and exercise. I've been doing a low-carb keto diet during the weekdays since January. I allow myself treat meals on the weekends. I always drink zero-sugar drinks, do cardio at least four times a week, and practice portion control! I'm also cutting out most sugars. I'm aiming for 100 pounds lost in one year on Ozempic; 30 more to go!

That's an ambitious goal! You're well on your way. Keep up the disciplined approach, and you'll definitely get there!

I saw someone else post about Mounjaro, and they lost nearly 30lbs in 3 months. The before and after pics were amazing. These meds can really change lives when combined with a healthy lifestyle.
That's incredible! It's so encouraging to see other people having success too! It's what keeps me going.

Just a note of caution regarding rapid weight loss and surgical procedures like breast reductions. I've seen patients experience further breast size reduction after surgery due to continued effects of GLP-1 medications. It's worth discussing with your surgeon the timing of the procedure relative to your weight loss goals.
