Down 75, building muscle now

That's truly incredible! It's amazing how well your skin has bounced back. Seriously impressive!
 
So, I started sema this past November for type 2 control. My current weight is between my high school weight and maybe 8 pounds under my college graduation weight. I'm 63, and it's been a long time since I've seen a body shape similar to my high school days. What are you doing to build muscle, if you don't mind me asking?
 
Interesting results. I've been reading about the blood pressure benefits of sema, and it seems like a significant number of people are seeing a drop, especially those with type 2.
 
I've also been reading about peptides for muscle growth. Has anyone tried combining those with sema? I'm curious about increasing IGF-1 levels. Saw someone mention they used Ipamorelin + CJC1295 to boost their levels and reduce belly fat.
