"Progress not perfection" is a great motto. I have a gym shirt with that exact phrase on it – that's how I feel, too! Keep going, you're doing awesome!
 
You look wonderful! What happened between August and September? You lost so much weight then.

Amazing, can you please answer some very important questions? What did you eat the entire time? Did you find that salty foods made you retain water, or slow down weight loss? Did you exercise? What exercise? How much did you lose each month? Did you lose more weight at the start? And did you titrate up? Thank you very much! Any other advice is welcome xx

For me, the first few months were the easiest. I lost a lot of weight quickly then. I found that focusing on protein helped, and I did titrate up as prescribed by my doctor.
 
I've been going to the gym 5 times a week, lifting weights and being in a calorie deficit but progress is slow. Still, every little bit helps!
