Down 76 lbs! Life is different!

Henan 15mg turquoise caps work like XCE for us. I'm at 129, just 4 from goal. Odd that different color caps are circulating.
 
Thirty pounds since March fourteenth. Only hit that much weight loss once before and it was from extreme restriction. This feels totally different. No guilt, no noise around food. Full faster and stays that way.
 
Congrats on hitting your goal! I'm celebrating wins along the way too and man, those little victories keep me going. Down 89 and aiming lower. Blood pressure's better, meds I'm on have changed, this stuff really is life-changing. And yes, the clothes thing!
 
Fine with staying on it long-term if needed. Most chronic conditions need lifelong meds anyway. The dose might go down eventually, might stay the same - either way it's not a dealbreaker.
